The Intern will be working together with our Client Service Managers and Executives to provide bookkeeping and finance services to our clients. Participates in the annual operating and capital budgets for planning and control purposes, includes addressing queries from various stakeholders including product line managers, department heads of functional groups etc and review reasonableness to ensure budgets are prepared in accordance with corporate guidelines
15. Preparation and coordination of SOX key control testing documentations to ensure internal control processes work effectively
16. Assists in handling new lease contracts within established system to ensure compliance with USGAAP and FRS 116 standard for lease accounting
17. Perform physical inventory count and other special assignments, as directed
18. Posting of vendor invoices as and when necessary

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain full set of accounting records for multiple companies.
• Processing sales data.
