Job Title: Accounts Executive

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Accounting Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the full spectrum of accounting functions for our organization.

Responsibilities:

· Manage Full Set Accounts, including handling Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.

· Compile monthly Profit and Loss (P&L) statements and balance sheets.

· Produce accurate and error-free accounting reports for management review.

· Provide regular analysis and monthly reporting for effective business decision support.

· Manage the filing process for Corporate Tax and Financial Statements.

· Prepare financial statements according to the specified schedule.

· Assist with statutory audit preparations and liaise with external auditors.

· Maintain an up-to-date billing system and reconcile daily transactions.

· Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures.

· Monitor the cash flow document and uphold cash controls.

· Prepare and reconcile monthly bank statements.

· Initiate monthly budgeting and payments for non-trade expenses.

· Execute journal entries for accruals and prepayments.

· Process office expenses, staff claims, and reimbursements.

· Liaise with clients on accounting matters and provide necessary support.

· Assist in various administration duties to ensure smooth operations.

· Any ad hoc duties as assigned by the line manager

Requirements:

· Minimum of 2 years of relevant accounting experience

· Possession of at least a Professional Certificate or Degree in Accountancy

· Preferred experience in handling a Full Set of Accounts, along with knowledge of Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss

· Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

· Bilingual in English and Mandarin is essential for effective communication with various stakeholders

· Demonstrated maturity, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks

· Strong analytical skills, excellent time management, and meticulous attention to detail

Other Information:

· 9.00am to 6.00pm, 5 working days, Mon to Fri

· Location: Central, conveniently located 5 minutes from Tanjong Pagar MRT station and bus stop

· Salary: S$3500 to S$4500 (Based on Experience)
