• Proficiency in both oral and written English.
• SAP or equivalent Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems experience is highly desirable.

General Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain a full set of accounts, including timely month-end closing, management reports, cash flow statements, and financial reporting to line managers and stakeholders.
• Liaise with and manage the Company Secretary, auditors, and tax agents for statutory filing purposes.
• Prepare invoices, review contracts, and process bills for payment.
• Manage and follow up on communications with English and Chinese-speaking clients and vendors regarding accounts payable and receivable matters.
• Monitor and manage the company’s cash flow and expenses efficiently.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of tender documents for project requirements.
• Support HR and operational functions, including vendor sourcing and other related administrative duties.
• Prepare and assist with statutory filings and related documentation.
• Handle GST submissions and manage applications and claims for government grants.
• Take on ad-hoc administrative projects and tasks as assigned by the management.

Job Requirements:

• ACCA qualification / Degree holder in a relevant field is preferred.
• Proficiency in MYOB accounting software is an advantage.
• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant work experience in accounting and administration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with good negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Ability to multi-task, remain meticulous, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills, with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
• High ethical standards and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Familiarity with GST regulations and government grant processes in Singapore.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and adaptable to dynamic work environments.
• Able to manage tight deadlines and handle multiple priorities effectively.
