Main Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including month and end-year process, accounts payable/receivable, sales receipts and bank reconciliation, general
  ledger, payroll, budgeting cash forecasting revenue and expenditure variance analysis, fixed assets etc
• Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements as required
• Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
• Maintain accurate and complete financial records and leading in audits and perform reconciliations as required by audits.
• Supervise and manage sales invoicing with detailed understanding of project contracts
  terms and working closely with sales department in accounts receivables and sales collections
• Review staff sales commission record and reconciliaon.
• Evaluating, developing, and improving department controls, systems, and procedures that increase accuracy and efficiency, including create and adopt SOPs for the Accounting and other departments in compliance of the internal control procedures
• Overseeing the daily activities of the accounting department and ensuring that all major projects, month-end, and year-end reports are completed accurately and on me.
• Ensuring that all accounting processes align with FRS and current financial legislations.
• Analyzing financial data and creating reports for management, stakeholders, and external pares, such as financial or sales consultants.
• Manage all banking matters, including internet banking
• Manage Corporate Income tax and GST regulations of Singapore, including the filing and submission of quarterly GST
• Responsible for corporate secretariat works by working closely with professional corporate secretary on various filing in compliance with the Companies Act and ACRA
• Working closely with Management and assisting other departments to develop strategies,
  establish objectives, and make decisions that could have a financial impact on the business.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or any professional cerfication in Accountancy such
  as ACCA, ICEAW, C.A (Singapore), CPA (Australia) etc.
• 4-5 years of relevant working experience in commercial accounting and finance with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory rol
• Adequate understanding and experience in Corporate Income tax and GST regulaons of Singapore, including the filing and submission of quarterly GST
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.

Requirement

• Knowledge of SAP ERP System will be an added advantage.
