Key Responsibilities:

• Process SAP Accounting software workflows Including checking of workflows submitted by Business Departments against Sales and Purchases delivery documents, Contracts and posting onto accounting system. Including constantly reviewing and improving processes for efficiency but without compromise to Company’s key controls.
• Ensure complete closing process such as all relevant Sales, Purchases, Non-operating income and expenses are posted into our accounts every month end, ensure complete closing during quarter-end through Closing Process Checklist, including constantly seeking improvement for proper and efficient closing processes.
• Check and ensure proper Vendor/Customer Bank Account registration applications from Business and Corporate Departments and advise them in case of difficulties faced such as third party/country payment.
• Establish effective communications as well as trust with a partnership with Business/Corporate Divisions to support biz development, initiatives and activities while ensuring compliance with internal rules/policies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant Accounting or Operational Accounting experience such as in Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable, Sales and Purchase realisation, checking Sales and Purchases delivery documents and processing of Payments.
• SAP Experience
• Strong IT skills such as excellent Excel skills and high interest in Digital Transformation developments.
• Strong interest in improving work processes, preferred.
• Software savvy in application such as Power Automate/Query etc, desirable.

The Senior Tax Consultant will play a key role within a public accounting firm in Singapore, responsible for providing professional tax and financial advisory services to corporate and individual clients. This role requires the candidate to have a solid foundation in finance and taxation, hold ACCA certification, and lead a team to provide solutions that comply with industry and regulatory standards. The consultant will also lead the team in maintaining client relationships and ensuring that clients receive excellent support in tax compliance, financial planning, audit, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Advisory and Management:Provide comprehensive tax and financial advisory services to clients, addressing complex tax issues.
   Assist clients in tax planning and financial optimization, ensuring compliance with Singapore and international tax regulations.
   Offer professional advice on tax structuring, transfer pricing, international taxation, mergers and acquisitions, and other related areas as per clients' needs.

4. Cross-Department Collaboration:Collaborate with other departments within the firm (such as audit, legal advisory, and risk management) to deliver integrated tax and financial services to clients.
   Assist the company in expanding tax advisory services and provide customized solutions for potential clients.
   
5. Business Development and Client Relationship Management:Participate in and drive the expansion of the firm’s tax advisory services, establishing long-term relationships with potential clients.
   Maintain good communication with existing clients, offering periodic tax advisory services and ensuring high client satisfaction.
   

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in tax, accounting, or a related field, with ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) certification.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in taxation and accounting, particularly in public accounting firms or tax advisory firms.
• Extensive experience in team management, with the ability to lead and develop a tax and accounting team.
• Deep understanding of Singapore and Southeast Asian tax regulations and financial policies, with knowledge of international taxation being a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to clearly explain complex tax concepts to clients and internal teams.

The Client Accounting – Corporate Executive will work closely with and assist the Client Accounting – Corporate Manager in all Client Accounting business efforts within the Company, including the implementation of new software and ad-hoc assignments assigned by the Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently handle a portfolio of Singapore private limited companies' clients for routine bookkeeping, payroll processing, GST, Corporate Tax and XBRL filing and meet ACRA and IRAS filing deadlines.
• Assist clients in preparing their monthly, quarterly, or annual management accounts.
• Responsible for preparing Unaudited Financial Statements (UFS) for the clients following Singapore FRS (Financial Reporting Standards).
• Assist clients with the preparation of quarterly GST returns, annual tax computations, and Form C or Form C-S and Appendices for submission to the IRAS.
• Liaise with and advise clients on on-going company's bookkeeping, payroll related, ACRA and IRAS related matters.

Requirements and Qualifications:
