The Finance Shared Services Centre (FSSC) serves to increase efficiency and improve customer experience in financial services of the ministry and the home team department.

You will be part of the Fixed Assets (FA) team and is responsible for ensuring that the fixed asset register is complete and in compliance with prevailing polices, law and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure timeliness, accuracy and completeness of period-end Fixed Asset (FA) reports (e.g. Fixed Asset Stock-take report, Development Project-in-Progress (DPIP) report, and the Consolidated Fixed Asset Schedule) for management and statutory reporting and audit reviews. Your Role and Responsibilities

• Responsible for finance processes supporting public sector projects and grant submissions, adhering to the contract terms and conditions set by the various donors. The process will include the reconciliation of grant expenditure, making payments to verified expenditure, identifying non-fundable expenditure items, conducting budgetary checks etc.
• Prepare and deliver accurate monthly financial reporting for all projects, including monthly burn rate analysis as well as supporting budget submissions for new proposals.

Your Qualifications

Jobs Scope:

Job Scope
