Corp Sec and administrative duties:-

• Corporate Secretary Duties (Incorporation and Secretary documents preparation, KYC and customer due diligence check, Secretary documentation filing)

• Perform admin duties (eg. raise invoices and payment) for the Accounts and • Admin services department.

• Payroll calculation and CPF submission

Accounting duties:-

• Assist in the data entry for accounting transactions and bank reconciliations under the supervision of Accounts Seniors from time to time.

• Preparation of GST schedules and submission

• Preparation of unaudited financial statements

• Training will be provided

Job Description:

· Performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, processing, and recording accounts payable data.

Job Responsibilities:

Accounting and Financial Management:

• Generate monthly reports and the annual budget for Business Development activities, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Manage financial reporting for Business Development operations
• Coordinate Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes with the Accounts division.
• Manage cash flow to ensure adequate support for operational requirements.
• Coordinate financial arrangements with the Finance division.
• Verify invoices and collaborate with the Accounts team to ensure timely processing of payments.

• Support the preparation of financial arrangements and related documentation.

Project Support:

An established Regional Wholesale Bank is looking to further establish their presence in Singapore is looking to for an experienced finance professional. You would be given a great opportunity to gain exposure to the full spectrum of finance and the opportunity to work directly with the head of finance. In return you will enjoy a remuneration of up to $90,000 per annum.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparation and checking of the Branch’s MAS regulatory reports and make adjustments, where required. Work with Head Office teams and system vendor to maintain an automated solution for MAS Regulatory Reporting.
• Assist with monitoring of daily regulatory ratios and requirements for the branch (e.g. Asset Maintenance Ratio, MLA & MCB) and preparation of the daily regulatory reports.
• Assist with preparation of journal entries and detailed subaccount ledgers. Ensure adherence with Accounting Policy and Head Office requirements including performing checks on invoices and receipts for payments.
• Review of Nostro reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of unreconciled items.
• Assist the Department Head in taxation matters, including corporate tax computation and GST related matters.

Knowledge & Experience Required:

• Experience in Singapore bank regulatory and financial reporting preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business.
• Good Excel skills.
• Able to work independently and with multiple stakeholders.
