• Review financial statements and prepare insightful P&L commentary for submission.
• Prepare Balance Sheet Reconciliation in Blackline.
• Monitor and consolidate A&P and FTT payments/spends
• Ensure all spends are in accordance to budgets
• Ensure accrual of contract funds
• Track and validate all contract payments are in accordance to deliverables and meets disbursement criteria
• Provide data on pricing to support Revenue Growth Management initiatives to optimize revenue and margins
• Initiate process improvement ideas via automation tools.
• Participate in any testing of new project.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must able speak fluently with customer and colleague from China.
• Min of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Good foundation in finance and financial analysis.
• Experience in Revenue Growth Management (RGM) strategies.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively
• Capable of working well in a variety of team dynamics

1. Upload invoices to CRM system
2. Sorting incoming letter, and post letter & invoices
3. Issuing company cheques
4. review and monitor sales pricing, ensuring that the prices of all products sold are not lower than the purchase cost.
5. Filling for all necessary documents
6. To do the job assign by manager and director

Requirements

• Minimum O level or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year’s working experience as office administration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Able to start work on short notice preferred
• Training and guidance will be provided
