In the role of Accounting and Administrative Supervisor, you will hold a pivotal position within our organization, tasked with maintaining the seamless functioning of our administrative and financial operations.

Your scope of tasks & responsibilities:

• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including account closure, monthly trial balance submission to HQ, monthly data reporting to General Manager (GM), tax computation, and stock counting
• Support budgeting, bookkeeping, and other finance-related tasks as required, maintaining communication with stakeholders
• Handle payroll, recruitment, training, and compliance with employment regulations and policies.
• Manage contract status and legal matters, maintain supplier relations for cost control.
• Coordinate office activities, manage schedules, supplies, travel arrangements, and ensure compliance with policies
• Assist GM closely in various tasks assigned

Your professional profile -qualifications & competences-:

• Bachelor degree or above, with a major in finance or accounting
• A minimum of 5 years of working experience in international companies
• At least 5 years of accounting experience, including familiarity with HR tasks such as payroll and tax management
• Proficient in Excel and experience with ERP or SAP systems
• Demonstrates commitment to confidentiality and cost management
• Fluent in both spoken and written English
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain good relations with diverse stakeholders

Job scope:

• Accounts Receivables & Payables in Multi-currencies
• Preparing Bank Reconciliations
• Preparation of cash flow analysis and projection
• Audit Confirmations (e.g. receivable / payable reconciliation)
• Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly closing within stipulated deadline.
• Liaise with various departments to resolve issue on closing monthly accounts.
• Liaise with external parties e.g. banks, auditors, customers, suppliers, statutory bodies, etc. to solve any issue.
• Ensure payments are made timely, with proper approval and in accordance with required supporting documents.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of accounting
• Basic Excel Skills
• Attention to details, meticulous
• Experience with SAP System preferred but not necessary
• Knowledge in Microsoft D365 Finance module is an added advantage

Education & Experience:
