This is a full-time on-site role as an Associate located in Singapore. You will be responsible for assisting in business management of the firm and participate in project-related activities. Your key tasks will include assisting in project management and supporting the development and implementation of strategic initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Additionally, you will be providing business support to business units and will be taking care of all administrative functions (including office administration and finance), working closely with management across various areas. Responsibilities:

Audit Duties:

• Assist in the planning, execution, and finalization of all areas of audit assignments, including statutory and regulatory audits.
• Perform detailed audit procedures, including reviewing financial statements, evaluating internal controls, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Full Set Account and Financial Management:

Financial Planning and Strategy

Stakeholder Relations:

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including entities' management, committee members, and volunteers, to ensure transparency and effective communication regarding financial matters.
• Maintain positive relationships with external stakeholders, such as banks, vendors, and regulatory agencies.

Administration and Daily Operations:

• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks to support the finance department.
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is an advantage.
