Overview of the Role

Rystad Energy is seeking a proven Account Manager with a strong track record of strategic account management and business development to manage, retain, and grow the firm’s largest Global Accounts in APAC. The ‘Senior Account Manager – Global Accounts’ will report to Senior Vice President, Head of Commercial – Asia Pacific, based in Singapore. We are seeking to fill this role in any of the following locations: Singapore/Kuala Lumpur.

The successful candidate will manage large complex accounts – i.e., the APAC entities of global energy companies (Super Majors, Majors, Large Independent E&P companies, Large Integrated Energy Companies, and Energy Services companies being the primary focus). He/she will drive the strategic commercial engagement with these Accounts, collaborating closely with the Global Account Management team and the regional Client Success Manager, to deliver value to these Accounts with the ultimate goal of achieving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish a vision for the relationship between Rystad Energy and our Global Accounts in APAC

• Act as a trusted advisor and adopt a consultative approach to sell our research and consulting solutions into Global Accounts in APAC
• Build a network of strong relationships with senior executives and influential stakeholders within Global Accounts to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop a robust knowledge of Global Accounts’ businesses.
• Develop and implement strategic Account Plans to maximize Account growth.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities within the Global Accounts to drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with the Global Account Management team to manage and grow Global Accounts in APAC
• Work closely with the Global Accounts Client Success Manager to service and grow the Global Accounts, acting as “One Account Team”.
• Work closely with internal cross-functional teams – Marketing, Research, Client Solutions, Consulting – to drive engagement, value, and growth with Global Accounts in APAC
• Use the CRM system to manage opportunity pipeline, Account information, and engagement plans.
• Share customer feedback about our solutions and competitor intelligence with key internal stakeholders.
• Identify areas of risk and develop appropriate contingency plans to retain Accounts.
• Constantly promote the Rystad Energy brand and values externally in all interactions with Accounts

Experience and Qualifications

• Candidate must be able to work in Singapore or Malaysia – existing Employment Pass holder; Permanent Resident; Citizen
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree
• Between 8 to 12 years of Key Account Management experience within the Energy industry
• Specifically, experience in selling subscription services in the market intelligence services sector within the Energy industry.
• Proven track record of surpassing sales revenue growth targets through effective and efficient strategic account management
• Solid network of relationships across APAC, especially in South-East Asia and Australia, within the Energy industry
• Ability to engage with individuals across all levels within target organizations, including Senior Management/C-Suite
• Experience in internal stakeholder management – i.e., collaboration with cross-functional teams internally to drive client engagement externally

Our client is a well-established and growing telco operator. With their expansion scheme, they are now looking for a Infra Project Manager.

As a Infra Project Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

• Ensure that the team conducts health check, conduct infrastructure monitoring, handle customer queries, investigate incidents, resolve, apply fixes and ensure they are tracked until closure.
• Involve in transitions between the project and operation teams.

• Engage at all levels of customer’s relationships.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships within a customer’s organization and escalate if needed.

The Customer Engagement Manager is responsible for owning the international franchisee relationship and recommending tactics and products to improve overall performance and profitability as it relates to a master franchisee’s technology profile. They are expected to build healthy relationships with international master franchisees, analyze, consult, educate, and propose solutions for technical implementations. The Manager will oversee a team of technical consults and be the main point of contact for all technical implementations and monitor any issues or concerns. They are responsible for developing customer service strategies, partnering with technical delivery managers for successful rollouts, and overseeing the resolution for any concerns or issues.

RESPONSIBLITIES

Manage a Portfolio of International Master Franchisees and Consult on Technology Solutions  

• Manage relationships with international master franchisees to assess their current needs and recommend solutions and new technology products that increases productivity and profitability of their business.
• Facilitate quarterly international master franchise meetings with DPZ leadership, sales engineers, and technical consultants to review technology business; set objectives and identify shortfalls in customer engagement.
• Proactively lead and drive discussion with markets and DPZ teams, follow up on action items and ensure they are successfully executed.
• Lead and develop proposals for new opportunities and negotiate contracts.
• Be a champion for our international franchisee’s success and advocate for them so they can achieve their business objectives and goals.

Analyze Business Opportunities and Propose Recommendations

• Lead the education of international franchisees about the value, benefits, and features to implement to solve business critical problems.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews and identify areas of opportunities.
• Assess against KPIs and metrics that drive increased profitability and recommend technology solutions that focus on growth
• Analyze existing customer engagement process and execute it successfully for international master franchise.
• Analyze market gaps to find opportunities for growth in specific markets.
• Partner with sales engineers and technical consultants to gather requirements, scope and present implementation plans to the customers

Monitor Implementation of Solutions, Mitigate Risk or Issues and Oversee Customer Feedback Program

• Manage all aspects of projects, including delivery, communication, and successful rollout and partner with cross-functional teams on execution.
• Act as Domino’s store technology expert and provide support to international stores
• Manage and implement standard process and tools to be used consistently for managing customer projects simultaneously.
• Ensure compliance adheres to the terms and conditions listed in franchisee contracts.
• Partner with international master franchisees and collect regular feedback, build action plans and coordinate with teams to resolve any complaints.
