1. Job Description:

· Developing testing & commissioning plans and procedures for SCADA systems

· Conducting site visits to ensure that SCADA systems are installed according to design specifications

· Conducting testing to ensure that the system is functioning safely and efficiently

· Identifying and resolving issues that may arise during the commissioning process.

· Lead and develop the respective ownership of all activities pertaining to commissioning which will involve partial oversight of project engineers and site supervisors as it pertains to commissioning scope.

· Review and acknowledge/approve on all project documents including design drawings, equipment submittal, specifications, quality control plan and understand project requirements pertaining to start-up and commissioning compliances

· Participate in the key design reviews such as P&ID, Equipment Layout, and HAZOP to ensure that the pre-commissioning and commissioning requirements are incorporated into the design of the facilities

· Schedule and execute all the required inspections and tests are being carried out in accordance with the approved plan and keep proper documentation.

· Liaise and coordinate with system provider, contractors and authorities, to establish the testing & commissioning schedule.

· Organize and lead the integrated test meetings with internal and external parties

· Development of Test & Commissioning Plans and Integrated Test Plans

· Ensuring that all systems and components are tested in accordance with project requirements

· Analyzing test results and identifying any issues or deficiencies

· Working closely with system provider / sub-contractor, design and construction teams to resolve any technical issues during testing and commissioning

· Preparing and maintaining comprehensive documentation, including test reports and commissioning records

· Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards during testing and commissioning activities

1. Job Requirement:

• Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering/Computer Engineering and minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience in testing & commissioning of SCADA system and building services
• Knowledge and experience of the Rail / Infrastructure Industry
• Experience in developing and implementing testing and commissioning plan
• Extensive knowledge of industrial standards / guidance’s / good practice
• Strong knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations
• Capable of reading electrical drawings, construction drawings and 3D BIM Modelling

Digital Marketing Manager

The Digital Marketing Manager establishes brand and channel preference, generates revenue and executes data-driven strategy for Four Seasons Resorts Maldives, Four Seasons Private Island Maldives at Voavah, and Four Seasons Explorer Palau. What you will do:

Schedule & Hours:

Reporting to the Group Brand and Marketing Director and the School Principal, the Parent Liaison Manager will work closely with other relevant internal departments to market and promote EtonHouse International School to the international and local community in Singapore.

Enquiry Management

• Ensure the PLO team captures all new enquiries (calls, email, online leads, walk-in's etc.) in the CRM system from the date of receipt.
• Ensure the PLO team records all appropriate information into the CRM system. Ensure the PLO team contact all new enquiries and are followed up by phone or email within 1 working day. Overseas phone calls can be made using the CRM.
• Ensure the PLO team emails the prospective parent the school tour confirmation details
• Ensure the PLO team contacts the prospect parent 1 days before to re-confirm their appointment (email where necessary) and use the CRM calendar tool to do so.
• During tours, ensure that the PLs share learning stories, videos and documentation that makes learning visible as well as introduce a member of the academic team to provide a high quality experience
• Post school tour; ensure the PLO team sends a post tour email within 1 working day after the school tour.
• Ensure the PLO team tracks and note all comments within the CRM in a timely manner and update their status.
• Ensure the PLO team follow-up with all post tour parents by calling them 3 days post tour to check their status, or any other questions. Use the ‘sequence' tool and the ‘templates' in the CRM to connect with families.

• Ensure that the data in the CRM is updated at all times to facilitate accurate reports and trends
• Update parent status in the CRM and engage with them intentionally to nurture them through the funnel. Use the CRM features-sequences and workflows
• Train and induct new joiners and existing members of the PL team to use best practice in CX and use of technology platforms

• Advocate for the EtonHouse learning pathway beyond pre-school
• Ensure that the school website has accurate and up-to-date information
