Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular checks and inspection on grounds to ensure property is well maintained

• Manage term contractors, monitor their service performance, keep track & conduct renewal reviews of service agreements and insurance policies

• Ensure compliance with building statutory requirements

• Review and recommend the replacement/improvement plans for managed sites

• Conduct Annual General Meeting/Council Meeting including preparation of agendas, minutes of meetings, annual reports etc.

• Organize social activities and functions when required.

• Provide essential customer service support to the residents/owners

• Supervise and manage a team of site staff

• Other job related and ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Building & Estate Management or equivalent

• Certified Fire Safety Manager will be an added advantage.

• 3 to 8 years of relevant working experience

• Good knowledge of Building Maintenance & Strata Management Act

• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.

• Proficiency in computer skills such as MS Office.

• Able to handle pressure and multitask

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager & Senior Project Manager in the planning and execution of the Project.
• Close supervision, management and execution of construction works at site, including monitoring work progress and quality adherence to specifications, performance of sub-contractors.
• Ensure proper documentation and records of site works are carried out.
• Work closely with the Safety Personnel to ensure all construction safety requirements are met and strictly adhere to.
• Work closely with Technical Team on any technical issues arising from site and lead the supervision and resolution of work onsite.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering (Certificates must be recognized by PE Board)

Job Description

• Responsible for overseeing and carrying out all works relating to the safety, health and environmental matters in the project.
• Work closely with project team & contractors to mitigate and control all high risk hazards to maintain a safe workplace.
• Ensure overall compliance and good procedures/practices in statutory environmental and health requirements at project site and requirement premises at all time.
• To identify any unsafe condition in the worksite or unsafe work practice is carried out in the worksite.
• Implement and monitor environmental, health & safety management systems on site.
• Prepare, submit statutory reports and maintain of documentation for all EHS issues according to ISO.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that all site activities are carried out in compliance with MOM, NEA and EHS regulations.
• Liaise with relevant authorities on all environmental and safety issues.
• Support all in-house EHS initatives.
• Oversee and manage the safety department
• Drive WSH Awards initiatives and submissions

Job requirements

• Degree / Specialist diploma in WSH or MOM Recognised certificates
• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Safety Officer with LTA MRT project experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) is a must.
• Must be responsible, organized and self-initiated.
