Overview:

The TCM Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a Traditional Chinese Medicine clinic or branch, ensuring the highest standards of patient care, business performance, and staff management. Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Certification or training in Traditional Chinese Medicine or equivalent (preferred).
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in healthcare management, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership position within a TCM clinic or similar setting.
• Strong knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine therapies, including acupuncture, herbal medicine, and other related treatments.
• Proven experience in staff management, customer service, and business operations.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
