RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure accuracy & timely processing of accounting data
• Assist in Accounts Receivable functions
• Recording of payments received in the ERP system
• Liaise with respective departments, especially operations team, to resolve issues, check and follow up documents
• Assists in following up of outstanding accounts receivables from various customers
• Perform day to day accounting & administrative related tasks
• Assist in month end closing and ensure accuracy and timely submission of monthly reports
• Prepare journals and audit schedules

REQUIREMENTS

• “O”/“A” Level, LCCI or Diploma preferably in Accounting or Business

• Knowledge in basic accounting & accounting software is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word & Excel)

Job Duties & Responsibilities

1. Maintain and manage the full set of accounts, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and fixed assets.

2. Monitor suppliers' invoices and ensure payments are up-to-date, and maintain proper documentation and filing systems for financial records and transactions.

3. Check and verify employee claims for disbursement

4. Prepare month-end closing documents such as General Ledger, journals, schedules, and reconciliations (including intercompany transactions and bank reconciliation)

5. Maintained the sale contracts, sales incomes, and payments with report monthly

6. Managed CPF & payroll of staff, and levy

7. Work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to manage and resolve issues

8. Quarterly GST submission and annual tax filing

9. Assist with the preparation and coordination of the audit process

Job Requirement:

1. Bachelor's degree, major in financial management, accounting or related fields

2. Have more than 3 years of experience in financial accounting management, with good accounting knowledge and skills, proficient in Office software

3. Possess basic financial accounting analysis skills, able to analyze and optimize the company's financial situation

4. Strong communication and coordination skills, able to effectively communicate and cooperate with other departments

5. Strong written and oral communication skills, good at communication, proactive management and team spirit.
