Job Summary: As the SVP, Group Head of Accounting, the candidate will lead a multicultural and intercontinental team of over 10 accounting professionals, ensuring the production of financial reports and compliance with international standards. He/she will contribute to senior management's strategic discussions by participating in M&A/reorganizations activities and supporting the optimization of financial processes within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting/Financial Reporting:

• Produce quarterly IFRS consolidated financial statements for the NIM Group, including the preparation of consolidated reports and statutory reports.
• Submit quarterly consolidated statutory reporting for the NIM Group to Natixis, including consolidated packages (consolidation, disclosures, FINREP, SPV reporting).
• Ensure compliance with fast close deadlines while maintaining high-quality reporting.

Corporate Accounting Oversight:

• Oversee the corporate accounting functions for holding companies in local GAAP, ensuring timely and accurate financial information.
• Enhance the quality of financial reporting by implementing best practices and streamlining accounting processes.

Audit Coordination:

• Organize quarterly audits, serve as a key point of contact for statutory auditors, and prepare and centralize documentation to facilitate their review, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial statements.
• Prepare documentation for Audit Committees.

Strategic Advisory/Finance projects:

• Provide strategic financial/accounting insights to senior management on matters including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), reorganizations, and ad-hoc financial analyses.
• Participate in the implementation of major projects within the Group finance department (e.g., implementation of a new GL system, replacement of the consolidation tool, digitalization of processes,etc.).

Budgeting & Forecasting:

• Assist the Management Accounting Department in the preparation of consolidated management accounting budgets, forecasts, and MYP, aligning them with the company’s strategic objectives.

Cash Management:

• Oversee daily cash operations, and cash flow projections, and manage cash pooling activities to optimize liquidity.
• Prepare cash forecasts and coordinate financing committees to ensure adequate funding for operations.

Tax Production/Management:

• Produce deferred taxes consolidated reports& Group tax proof.
• Produce/review Tax Group consolidated reports (CBCR, Pillar 2…).
• Supervising/reviewing tax declarations, including tax returns and VAT Group declarations.
• Prepare tax business plans for the Group.

Compliance & Standards:

• Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulations, including the implementation of new accounting policies as needed. (ie:IFRS 9, IFRS16…).
• Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and best practices to ensure compliance.

Process Optimization:

• Implement procedures to enhance operational efficiency and reporting accuracy.

Other Recurring Tasks:

• Perform & control Group investment portfolios on classifications and valuations.
• Prepare RWA reports and perform analysis on RWA variations/calculations.
• Prepare IFRS16 reports and review calculations.
• Analyze non-Consolidated Entities and SPVs (IFRS 10).
• Coordinate the collection and distribution of dividends.
• Perform and coordinate evaluations of pension liabilities (IAS19) to prepare Group consolidated disclosures.
• Produce real estate reports for the Group and specific reports.

Skills

• University graduate with at least 15+ years’ of experience as a global asset manager
• Fluent in English & French required
• Knowledge of SAP BFC and SAP S4Hana required
• Knowledge of European banking requirements
• IFRS and French GAAP knowledge mandatory
• Strong leadership and team management abilities

• Responsible for financing and banking matters

• Feasibility study on all projects in Singapore as well as overseas on its financial aspect

• Monitor the financial performance of Econ Group
