Compliance Awareness: Familiarity with the regulatory framework and safety standards in Singapore.
Industry-Specific Requirements:
Certifications: Depending on the type of cleaning services offered, a Cleaning Service Manager may be required to hold certifications in cleaning management or safety, such as the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Certification or ISO 9001 for quality management.
