Testing & Commissioning Manager

1. Job Description:

· Developing testing & commissioning plans and procedures for SCADA systems

· Conducting site visits to ensure that SCADA systems are installed according to design specifications

· Conducting testing to ensure that the system is functioning safely and efficiently

· Identifying and resolving issues that may arise during the commissioning process.

· Lead and develop the respective ownership of all activities pertaining to commissioning which will involve partial oversight of project engineers and site supervisors as it pertains to commissioning scope.

· Review and acknowledge/approve on all project documents including design drawings, equipment submittal, specifications, quality control plan and understand project requirements pertaining to start-up and commissioning compliances

· Participate in the key design reviews such as P&ID, Equipment Layout, and HAZOP to ensure that the pre-commissioning and commissioning requirements are incorporated into the design of the facilities

· Schedule and execute all the required inspections and tests are being carried out in accordance with the approved plan and keep proper documentation.

· Liaise and coordinate with system provider, contractors and authorities, to establish the testing & commissioning schedule.

· Organize and lead the integrated test meetings with internal and external parties

· Development of Test & Commissioning Plans and Integrated Test Plans

· Ensuring that all systems and components are tested in accordance with project requirements

· Analyzing test results and identifying any issues or deficiencies

· Working closely with system provider / sub-contractor, design and construction teams to resolve any technical issues during testing and commissioning

· Preparing and maintaining comprehensive documentation, including test reports and commissioning records

· Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards during testing and commissioning activities

1. Job Requirement:

• Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering/Computer Engineering and minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience in testing & commissioning of SCADA system and building services
• Knowledge and experience of the Rail / Infrastructure Industry
• Experience in developing and implementing testing and commissioning plan
• Extensive knowledge of industrial standards / guidance’s / good practice
• Strong knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations
• Capable of reading electrical drawings, construction drawings and 3D BIM Modelling
• Good interpersonal, planning, analytical and problem-solving skill

About the Role

As part of our expansion, Lightnet Group is looking for an experienced Compliance & Onboarding Manager who is responsible for overseeing the growth of our digital asset desk in a compliant and regulated manner. Your mission will be to ensure regulatory compliance through the monitoring of client activity while providing a white-glove experience during the handling of client onboarding processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for institutional clients during the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience while mitigating risks.
• Develop and implement onboarding and compliance strategies that provide a seamless white-glove experience for institutional clients, corporations as well as partnering financial institutions.
• Collaborate with the Sales and Sales Trading teams to understand each client's needs and coordinate requests for compliance, legal, financial due diligence, and counter due diligence.
• Periodically review, develop and update policies in line with digital asset regulations across major jurisdictions, especially for Europe, Asia and Middle-East.
• Assist in digital asset license application(s), audit and renewal processes across jurisdictions involved by Lightnet Group.
• Assist in onboarding system implementation processes, applying risk-based client profile solutions that adheres to policy, legal, and regulatory requirements of respective jurisdictions covered by Lightnet group.
• Manage and communicate onboarding processes, business and regulatory guidance, and other requirements to clients, coordinating with internal stakeholders such as sales, treasury, legal, finance, and compliance.
• Create, consolidate and follow-up on all client onboarding statuses and manage clientele database(s) related to the business.
• Monitor client risk indicators and ensure compliance within the Lightnet Group’s risk appetite.
• Identify compliant business solutions and negotiate business, documentation, risk, and other terms with clients in line with the firm's risk appetite and capabilities.
• Assist the Digital Assets team in identifying risks and opportunities for business continuity solutions in line with regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s and/or Advanced degree(s) in Business, Finance, Law, Legal Studies, or another relevant field.
• Professional certifications such as Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS), Certified Compliance Officer (WMI), or modular certifications on Travel Rule, Transaction Monitoring, Financial Crimes, or equivalent are beneficial but not required.
• 3+ years of experience in financial services, client service, compliance, regulatory affairs, digital assets or a relevant field.
• Cryptocurrency industry experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and writing skills, and sound judgment.
• Data-driven approach and customer-centric decision-making.
• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory technology solutions is a plus.
• Knowledge of trading documentation (e.g., ISDAs) is beneficial but not required.
• Knowledge of banking business, processes, procedures and systems.
• Strong team player attitude and willingness to guide and impart knowledge to support the digital assets team.
