• Establish and maintain a stable, long-term, customer-focused network for business development, involving all relevant stakeholders

Position Summary:

You will excel in conducting presales assessments of key client processes, effectively documenting “as-is” and “to-be” workflows. Additionally, you will play a vital role in identifying process gaps and addressing missing scenarios during the presales phase. Strong forecasting skills will further enhance your capabilities in this position.

Once our proposals are accepted, you will take charge of their implementation. This includes meticulous effort and resource planning, proactive management of risks and issues, accurate project progress reporting, and effective escalation management. Your skill in tracking project actuals against the budget, analyzing variances, and providing necessary mitigations will be crucial to the success of our projects and programs. Key tasks and responsibilities
