• Customer Support:Assist customers with registration, appointment scheduling, and general inquiries.
  Guide customers through procedures and ensure they feel comfortable.
  
• Treatment Preparation:Prepare treatment rooms with necessary tools and materials, including acupuncture needles, herbal formulas, and equipment for cupping or moxibustion.
  Assist TCM practitioners during treatments when needed (e.g., handing tools, managing supplies).
  
• Herbal Preparation:Assist in the preparation and dispensing of herbal formulas as prescribed by the practitioner.
  Maintain cleanliness and organization of the herbal storage area.
  
• Maintenance:Ensure the treatment rooms are clean, organized, and well-stocked.
  Follow proper hygiene and safety protocols.
  
• Administrative Tasks:Manage patient records and ensure accurate data entry.
  Handle billing, payments, and insurance claims, if applicable.

Job Responsibilities

• Process ready goods
• Mix and process ingredients according to recipes
• Perform packing, labeling and storage duties according to SOPs.
• Clean and sanitize the production kitchen with proper cleaning agents.
• Assist other areas of production as required by the Production Supervisor / Manager.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Candidate must be physically fit as he/she is required to lift and carry heavy loads and work in a cold environment
• Candidates able to perform simple machinery maintenance and repairs have an added advantage
• Candidates possessing valid Food Hygiene Certificates have an added advantage
• Able to work in a team and provide assistance to colleagues where needed
