As a Healthcare Assistant at My Queen, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care and support to mothers and new-born infants during their stay with us.

Job Responsibilities

Baby care duties include:

• Cleaning, bathing and changing of diapers
• Assist in feeding of babies
• Taking note of babies’ temperature, feeding pattern, mental/physical behaviour, and/or other necessary information
• Monitoring of babies’ growing progress
• Guide parents in infection control and baby safety measurements
• Ensure Baby Safety
• Umbilical Care
• Oral and Eye Care
• Assist in any other duties as required by the supervisor or manager

Mummy Care Duties Include:

• Monitoring of Mummies' recovery progress
• Guiding mummies in breastfeeding
• Guiding mummies in baby care techniques
• Assist mothers in understanding and coping with postnatal conditions
• Assist in any other duties as required by the supervisor or manager

Working Hours

• 2 x Morning shifts (preferably 1 weekend and 1 weekday)
• 11 hours each shift (8am to 830pm inclusive of 1.5 break time)

Located within Oasia Hotel, Sentosa (Right beside Imbiah Station)

Salary

from $120 per shift onwards

Job Description:

Travel Planning and Coordination:

• Research, plan, and arrange travel itineraries, covering flights, accommodations, car rentals, airport transfers, restaurant bookings, and activities.
• Organize and manage detailed travel schedules.

Travel Documentation:

• Prepare and secure necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, and travel insurance.
• Communication and Coordination:
• Coordinate with travel providers, airlines, and hotels to confirm arrangements and address any travel-related concerns.

Administrative Support to CEO:

• Provide general administrative assistance to the CEO, including managing emails, organizing the calendar, scheduling meetings, handling claims, and performing data entry tasks.

Administrative Support to the Office:

• Assist with office administrative duties, such as managing the office pantry, liaising with facility management, coordinating with the IT department, overseeing the company’s IT assets, supporting newcomer onboarding, handling company gifting logistics, and organizing meetings, including logistics and venue arrangements.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Perform any other tasks assigned by the CEO or HODs.

Discretion and Confidentiality:

• Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma / Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years of experience in a similar capacity (office admin experience), preferably in finance industry / travel agency
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
• Presentable, confident, and detail-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Resourceful, quick-witted with strong problem-solving skills. Fast replies.
• Capable of working independently while also being a collaborative team player with a high level of integrity.
