• Maintains national sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
• Maintains national sales staff work results by counseling and disciplining employees; and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Collect data to assess performance of key operations activities in the organisation
• Assist with the management of daily operations, including coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations
• Assist with the implementation of new policies and procedures to improve operations
• Maintain records of all business activities, including financial records, inventory, and customer data
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
• Collaborate with other team members to identify and resolve any issues or concerns
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Assist with the management of vendor relationships, including negotiating contracts and managing delivery schedules
• Provide support to the operations manager as needed
• Must need to work on weekends and Public holidays

Job Responsibilities

· In charge of full-set accounts (BS& PL)

· Review AP& AR

· Preparation of monthly audit schedules

· Liaise with auditor, tax agents, company secretary & bankers

· Interco reconciliation

· Checking payment vouchers

· XBRL Filing

· Quarterly GST submissions

· Any other tasks

Qualifications

· Certificate/Diploma in Accounting

· Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the areas of accounting

· Background in construction industries is an added advantage.
