• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or equivalent qualification with working knowledge of Singapore FRS / IFRS standards.
• Experience in Audit and Assurance is preferred
• Preferably with at least 3 years of accounting experiences
• Proficient in Accounting Software - ERP
• Strong Excel knowledge and application
• Meticulous, possess good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to work well under pressure and able to cope with tight deadlines
• Team-oriented, outgoing and able to work with minimal supervision

Responsibilities:

• Handle full spectrum of recruitment and acquisition matters.
• Place internal and external channels for job posting.
• Liaise & coordinate with recruitment agencies to source for candidates.
• Conduct Interviews / screening and select potential candidates to meet hiring managers' requirements.
• Handle work passes administration and onboarding processes.
• Handle career talks and job fairs.
• Prepare monthly recruitment report.
• Assist in developing company recruitment strategies
• Assist and coordinating in Workplace Health Promotion (WHP) activities/ Company recreation activities.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by Superior.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management or relevant field.
• 2 - 3 years’ experience in recruitment activities or relevant experience.
• Good knowledge and understanding of HR functions.
• Ability to coordinate and work as a part of the team.

Work Hours: 5 days work week (7.50am to 4.55pm)

This role will be on 1 year contract, renewal subject to business operations needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Understand the Quality, Environment, Water Efficiency and Occupational Health & Safety Policy and Objectives including the environmental aspects and impacts, Safety risk assessment, etc
• Ensure the effectiveness of Quality & Environment Management System across the department and compliance with the legal & regulation.
• Conduct periodic solution analysis and replenishment.
• Troubleshooting on process issues and provide technical reports.
• Identify, evaluate, review aspects & impacts of the risk hazards for existing & new processes & activities.
• Report any quality, environmental, water efficiency, and safety to the relevant internal authority.
• To liaise with customer regarding production issues/ projects.
• To establish & review periodically the work instructions, process parameters standards (PMP) and FMEA.
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by superior.

Requirements:

• Degree in Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
• Having relevant work experience in electroplating / semiconductor field.
• Knowledge and experience in Wafer Plating is essential.
• Independent and self-driven individual.
• A team player with good interpersonal skills.

Working hours:

Normal Shift (5 days work week)

7.50am to 4.55pm
