The Assistant Manager, Capella Connects & Reservations provides guests, hotels, and fellow team members with exceptional customer service during call reservation process. The individual also supports the training needs of the department and manage department’s performance.

The Role

Call Center Operations

• Provide responses while anticipating and recognizing individual guest needs
• Answer questions regarding hotel facilities and services, airline partnerships, local attractions, directions, etc
• Pass on requests in a timely and accurate manner to appropriate colleagues
• Process in-room dining food orders with accuracy and efficiency

Hotel Reservations

JOB DESCRIPTION

As the O&M Assistant Engineer (Solar C&I), you will assist to:

• Maintain all PV systems installed by the company or under O&M contract
• Oversees and manage the appointed subcontractor/vendors for the maintenance work
• Ensure that all PV systems are performing through daily plant monitoring

• Monitor customers’ accounts receivables and pursue overdue balances owed by customers; follow up with customers to maintain timely collection of accounts receivables

The Assistant General Manager collaborates with the Business Manager and Managing Director to oversee and manage all aspects of the business operations.

A Day in the life of the Assistant General Manager :

• Oversees and manage the 4 areas of business :

1. Legal Compliance.
2. Day to day operations.
3. Risk Management.
4. Finance Overview.

• Work with the Management team to ensure operational issues are resolved.
• Reviews and approve all Company processes and policies to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
• Evaluate the Company structure and make recommendations to the Managing Director for continual improvement of the efficiency and effectiveness of the Company.
• Driving change, innovation, and continuous improvement in support of company opportunities.
• Implement and monitor yield management in all divisions to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with company standards including proposals, costing of proposals.
• Oversee headcount and budget management to enhance the company's productivity and ensure effective succession planning.
• Provide leadership by communicating and reinforcing the company's strategic direction to stakeholders.
• Conduct quarterly reviews for all departments to ensure all targets are being met.

You will need:

• Experience working with China subsidiaries and communicate in spoken and written Mandarin.

Responsibilities:

• Perform assembly builds
• Ensure assembly builds are completed as scheduled and according to required specifications, drawings and work instruction.
• Work with engineers to conduct experiments
• Report manufacturing problems and assist in problem-solving and troubleshooting.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the transshipment process by scheduling and arranging the movement of goods between different locations.
• Communicate with Global officers and carriers to coordinate schedules, resolve any issues, and ensure timely shipment transit.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to verify compliance with shipping specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Comply with all safety regulations, security protocols, and company policies governing the handling and transportation of hazardous cargo.
• Monitor and track shipments in transit to ensure best efficiency, and minimize handling errors.
• Address any delays or discrepancies that may arise during the transshipment process.

Job Requirements:

1. Candidates who possess at least Higher NITEC or Diploma in Maritime Studies / Shipping-related disciplines are preferred.
2. Candidates with at least 2 years of relevant working experience in similar role at shipping agency will have an added advantage.
3. Candidates with knowledge in Portnet/Tradenet, MS Office such as Excel and Word applications will be preferred.
4. A team player who can work under fast paced environment with good communication skills.
