JOB REQUIREMENTS:

-NITEC or Diploma in Industrial Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or in a relevant engineering discipline.

-At least 2-years work experience in manufacturing roles within the aerospace / MRO / oil and gas / manufacturing industry.

-Hands on experience with CAD/CAM software preferably NX would be preferred.

-Hands on experience in 3D printing is an added advantage.

Our company is one of the food product suppliers and you will be involved in developing and optimizing warehouse operations by determining stock handling and storage needs, ensuring FIFO processes, managing equipment utilization, and overseeing logistics. It includes supervising daily activities such as quality assurance, inventory control, space and logistics management, and productivity optimization. The position requires analyzing productivity, implementing plans for peak operational efficiency, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Ensure matching procedure is in place for payments processing purposes
• Resolve all invoices discrepancies and respond to enquiries on payment status
• Monitor and prioritize invoices for urgent payments
• Ensure proper and timely settlement of all invoices from vendors.
• Ensure all fully paid invoices/documents are clearly marked as paid and filed in an orderly manner within the accounting system.

Monitor stock levels, report discrepancies, and perform periodical stocktakes

Maintain accurate inventory records such as balance qty, batch numbers and expiry dates

Ensuring First In First Out is practiced

Enter data into software to keep records - Basic computer skills required

Warehouse Management:

Ensuring warehouse is kept up to standard according to government protocols

Deliveries:

Driver licence class 3 required

Deliver goods to clinics around Singapore
