Prepare payroll and handle payroll matters

Onboarding & Off-Boarding

Manage staff Training activities

Perform any adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements

Min 1 year relevant experience

Min N Level or equivlent qualification

Prior experience with Timesoft Payroll software advantageous

Working Hours

Mon-Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm

Sat : 8.30am to 12.30pm

Responsibilities:

• Handling a full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties including company incorporations, preparation of directors’/shareholders’ resolutions for ongoing corporate secretarial matters for clients, and maintenance of statutory records and registers.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Assisting with employment pass applications for clients.
• Other corporate or ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 to 3 years’ relevant work experience.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Organized and meticulous individual with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative.

Mon - Fri : 9am to 6pm

Sat :9am to 1 pm
