Job Description

• Lead the process and mechanical team for process plant EPC project, including design, engineering, supporting procurement & installation, and testing & commissioning works

We are looking for a Receptionist cum Admin Assistant to perform the following job scope :-

• Handle phone calls, emails and filing
• Taking dictation as and when required
• To perform company's general administrative duties
• Proper and systematic filing skill a must
• Maintaining proper records of documents and correspondences
• Upkeeping of stationery and pantry items
• Any other duties as assigned by Management
• SINGAPOREAN only.
• Minimum 'O' level certificate
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Pleasant personality
• Team player
• PC literate
• Able to work with minimum Supervision
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
• 5-day work week (8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday)
• Those residing in Jurong preferred
• Transport at Jurong Point pick up point
• Able to start work immediately

Responsibilites:

Prepare invoces and support for accounts department

Keep track of stock and maintenance record

Response to Phone call and Emails

Filing of Expenses and invoices

Requirement:

Organised, positive working attitude and able to work independently

Able to communicate in English and Mandarin

Willing to learn

Working Hour :

Monday to Friday : 0900Hrs - 1800 Hrs

Saturday : 0900Hrs - 1200Hrs
