KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Source spare parts for vehicles and construction machinery/equipment.
• Request and compare quotations from suppliers/vendors to ensure the best value.
• Prepare and process purchase orders based on approved requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of purchase transactions and order confirmations.
• Track and manage delivery timelines to ensure parts arrive as scheduled.
• Accurately input and maintain data related to purchasing activities in company systems.
• Manage and update vendor databases and contact lists.

• Assist the& Admin Manager in handling full spectrum of HR functions - recruitment, selection & employment, all Work Pass matters.
• Responsible for the full payroll functions in consultation with Senior HR Executive
• Maintain, upkeep and ensured timely and accurate updates of HR database, all employee personal files and records are complete and treated in the strictest confidence
• Assist the HR & Admin Manager in reviewing training plans and career development for staff.
• Responsible to manage and update Time Attendance for payroll processing
• Manage and Liaise with Dormitory Operators for Dorm Check in/out, and other matters
• Assist the HR & Admin Manager in handling company insurance claims and reviews (Group Medical, Workmen Injury Compensation, Vehicle Insurance)
• Prepare submissions to government agencies, such as IRAS, NS claims, Government Paid leave claims and etc
• Conduct and complete market surveys from MOM, IRAS, CPF, WDA and various HR related surveys.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.

ADMIN FUNCTIONS

• Lead HR Admin team, manage and improve the workflow to give strong support to operations and finance department
• Assist the HR & Admin Manager with vendor management and government grant applications
• Acquire and maintain office furnishing, equipment, and supplies eg. Stationery, photocopiers
• Maintain company assets such as desktops and laptops with help from IT outsourcing vendors
• Ensure that the office and pantry is well-maintained, organized and secure.

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE

• At least 3 years & above of relevant work experience in a similar role,preferably in the Construction Industry.
• Well knowledge in Payroll
• Well versed and knowledgeable in WPOL and EPOL applications and processes
• Familiar with HRIS & Payroll systems, preferably CuteOffice (Training will be provided)
• Good knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Good communication and organization skills
• Enthusiastic, positive and resourceful
• Able to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
• Proactive and initiative
• Able to start immediately is an advantage

Job Descriptions:

• Perform accurate mechanical, physical and visual inspection of components
• Ensure that all parts and components have been tested and measured within specifications/tolerances.
• Initiate Non-Conformance reports as required.
• Communicate with supervisors, mold technicians and other staff to resolve inspection questions.
• Accurately document the results of the inspections and testing on the computer in various programs
• Read and interpret specifications and drawings
• Report any product defects immediately to the technician
• Support the implementation of ISO registration, compliance and audits
• Maintain calibration, first article, internal auditing and training programs
• Direct customer and supplier support for quality matters verification if required

Job Requirements:

• Minimum ITE in engineering or other relevant fields with 3 years of experience
• With relevant Quality Control experience in Plastics Mold preferred
• Practical understanding of precision tooling
• Ability to use basic hand measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauge pins, etc.) required
• Experience with visual and touch probe CMMs (Zeiss, Nikon) and Optical comparator desired
• Experience with metrology, GD&T, technical drawing reading
• Fluency in ISO program management and implementation is an asset
• General computer proficiency
• Able to perform Over time

Responsibilities:-

• Deliver / collect cargoes via lorry as per job assigned.
• Ensure documents and cargo dimensions tally as per job order.
• Carry out cargo / road survey and ensure information is feedback to office without delay.
• Perform documentation clearance duty during police escort.
• Perform port / custom clearance duties for import / export shipment.
• Assist in field operations e.g. Lifting operations, loading / unloading, stuffing / unstuffing, cargo lashing / choking.

Requirement:-

• Minimum "N" Level / ITE Certificate or equivalent
• Possess class 3 driving license
• Possess forklift license, rigger / signalman, lifting supervisor, WAH cert will be an advantage (those without will be sent for training)
• Possess some computer knowledge to input data into Warehousing Management System

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform system data entries and related functions for customers and ”Internal Warehouse Management System” (iWMS)
• Coordinate with customers and internally for Operation and inventory-related matters
• Ensure all paperwork, system, and filing is completed on time and accurately
• Plan and follow up on Orders to ensure on-time delivery
• Maintain accurate and updated inventory records
• Generate accurate billing invoices, inventory reports, and related reports as per the required deadline
• Attend to customer inquiries and ensure all requests and issues are resolved
