Summarized Purpose:

• Provides support to investigator sites, monitors, department, business unit or function through communication of information, training sites and documentation of services pertaining to clinical trials. Supports the overall performance, education and training of the sites on a study level to ensure the execution of protocols are completed accurately and on time. Uses the tools provided to answer all questions, takes orders and ensure clean data at the earliest point in time.

Essential Functions:

• Acts as the point of contact for sites, ensuring that questions, material orders and request for information are responded and documented in an accurate and timely manner. • Monitors and escalates site issues through the appropriate departments/people e.g. project management to resolve and report as soon as possible. Ensures that all site issues are communicated and followed up to resolution, primarily to site and monitor. Reviews site performance metrics to educate where needed or to report back to monitor or sponsor. Informs site of the results or reasoning not to proceed.
• Follows the specifications and scope of work to evaluate requests for any additional test(s) (test performed in protocol) to be added to a sample. Evaluates the request for out of protocol testing following Scope of work for study. Facilitates requests to the appropriate person.
• Coordinates and resolves issues with samples at time of scanning to have the samples in the database and reported as soon as possible.

3. Responsible for handling and organising incoming and outgoing shipments.

6. Unload and unpack goods and items from delivery trucks or other transport vehicles.
7. Receive and process incoming goods such as stock and raw materials.
8. Ensure goods received in order and in good condition.
9. Any Ad hoc duties assigned.

Working Hours: 8am to 5.18pm (Mon to Fri)

Requirement:

- Know simple English.

- Preferably with class 3 and forklift licence.

- Able to carry heavy item.

- Having good physical stamina is required to perform duties safely and efficiently.

As a part time assistant, dedicated to the export arm of the business, you will be working closely with the Managing Director to support his needs. Your job scope include;

• Doing data entry and assisting to update reports
• Assisting to create and issue invoices and receipts to suppliers and clients
• Assisting to sift through company emails and redirect them to the relevant personnel
• Helping to sort out company’s physical mails and highlight importance to action (if any) and file them accordingly.
• Assist to reply to standard email enquiries. (Training will be given)
• Helping to upkeep office housekeeping, stationeries, office equipment stock.
• General administrative duties
• Assist to prepare beverages for clients when they visit the office for meetings
• Assist to pack and label stock for exports (if any)
• Assist to collect delivery from suppliers (if any)
• Assist to organize for freight forwarders for export collection (if any)

Job requirements:

• Permanent part time position
• Singaporeans or PR only
• Ability to speak Malay
• Minimum ‘O’ levels or NITEC
• Fresh graduates welcome
• Ability to use Microsoft Excel, words, and powerpoint.

Schedule:

• 3 days a week between Mondays to Fridays to discuss and rotate with another part timer
• 5hours per day between 10am to 6pm

Salary:

• $20 per hour

Data entry and administrative assistant role

Responsibilities include consolidating and entering data from sales statements and providing administrative support to ensure efficient operations in the Company.

Job Responsibilities:

· Answer all enquiries via social media, phone call

· Entering of data entry, preparation and generating of invoices

· Assist with Management on any ad-hoc duties

. Flexible Working hours: 9am to 5pm. Minimum 3 working days a week. Working days can be discussed further

Job Requirement:

1. Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels with working experience

2. Experience in data entry would be an advantage

3. Proficient in Microsoft Office

4. Good interpersonal and communication skills
