You will assist occupational therapists in conducting individual or group therapy, setting up of equipment, inventory control and general administrative duties.

Requirements:

Your Role: A Day in the Life of an Intern

Position Summary

Join our growing team! As we expand into Singapore, we are seeking an an Assistant Accountant, AR & Treasury to support our Accounts Receivable function. In this role, you will be responsible for processing and verifying AR invoices, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely collections in compliance with company policies. You will also manage customer queries, reconcile accounts, prepare cash flow reports, and contribute to the company’s financial operations and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and verify AR invoices, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain AR records, address customer queries, and manage outstanding receivables, ensuring optimal receivable days.
• Reconcile AR accounts and intercompany transactions on a monthly basis.
• Prepare and maintain periodic cashflow reports, supporting cashflow planning and timely updates on cash operations.
• Reconcile invoices with recorded tax amounts and ensure accuracy for GST submission.
• Perform periodic closing activities for AR.
• Manage banking matters and support company financial initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to implementing best practices and procedures for AR.

Requirements

• Min. Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Min 3 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP (Oracle, SAP)
• Knowledge of financial and accounting procedures
• Highly organised with a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks

Loading and unloading of goods onto vehicle according to delivery order.

Ensuring safe receipt, retrieval and dispatching of goods.

Delivering goods to our customers in a safe, courteous, and timely manner.

Establishing and maintaining excellent customer service during delivery.

Compliance to standard operating procedures during delivery.

Reporting to immediate superior when encountering problems in day-to-day operations.

Able to read english and tamil invoices.

Candidate should be Physically Fit.

Posses the Class 3 License (Minimum 2 years) in Singapore would be an advantage.

Atleast 1 year of relevant delivery experience.

Familiar with Singapore Islandwide roads.

Perform delivering goods to clients.

Follow delivery routes/ schedules as assigned.

Ensure products are in good conditions when deliver to the customers.

Assist in ad-hoc duties when necessary.

Able to do NIGHT or DAY shift.
