• Assist dental surgeon(s) in all forms of dental treatment,
• Attend to all patients seeking treatments and/or making enquiries at the clinic promptly and courteously,
• Maintain and ensure cleanliness of the clinic and treatment room,
• Maintain dental equipments and instruments in good working condition,
• Discharge patients by dispensing medication, collecting payment and scheduling of next appointment,
• Develop X-ray/OPG for assessment of treatment,
• Send, receive and monitor cases that are sent to the dental laboratory,
• Ensure high standard of infection control.

Requirements

• ‘N’/ ‘O’ Levels or equivalent with basic computer skills,
• Good communication and interpersonal skills,
• Confident, energetic & cheerful personality,
• Customer service oriented,
• Able to handle Chinese speaking patients,
• Not afraid of seeing blood,
• Willing to learn,
• Willing to perform rotating shift work (9am - 6pm & 2pm - 9pm) and working on Saturdays and Sundays,
• Fresh graduates are welcomed,

Your Role: A Day in the Life of an Intern

As an Intern at Achievers Dream, you’ll play a vital part in assisting our Teachers and Lab Technicians. Each day, you’ll:

• Enhance Curriculum: Collaborate with the team to develop, refine, and innovate chemistry curriculum materials.
• Support Learning: Work closely with teachers to deliver lessons and provide one-on-one guidance to students.
• Prepare for Experiments: Mix and prepare solutions, set up lab experiments, and organize equipment.
• Record Data: Assist in tracking and analyzing experimental data to support student learning.
• Handle Operations: Perform essential administrative tasks, maintain lab safety, and ensure everything is organized and ready to go.

• Source and procure new products to meet business needs.
• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (PO) accurately and on time.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure seamless operations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and address potential issues that could impact business performance.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor strategies to inform purchasing decisions.
• Prepare detailed reports and updates as required.
• Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and oversee stock aging to optimize inventory turnover.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business or related.
• Min. 1 year of relevant Purchasing / Merchandising of Consumer Products experience.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Office, SAP.
