Job Scope:
1. Handling Phone Calls
2. Attending to walk-in (parents,students,vendors etc)
3. Filling, typing and printing
4. Maintain General Office Storeroom and inventory of office supplies, First aid supplies and maintain the sick bay.
5. Other ad hoc duties.
Requirements:
1. Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in administration and receptionist in a school
3. Good communication and inter-personal skills
4. Good Team Player with initiative
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Word and Excel
Working Arrangement:
· Mondays to Wednesdays: 8:00am to 5:00pm
· Thursdays: 8.00am to 4.30pm
· Fridays: 8:00am to 5:00pm
· Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
Contract Period: From 1 Jan 2025 to 31 Dec 2025 (option to extend till 2026)
