Duties for Accounts Payable:

Process AP freight, sub-con invoices, payment and reconcile SOA.

Duties for Month-end Closing and Group reporting:

Prepare JV accrual for freight/custom duties.

Prepare JV for Intercompany transactions (interco billings/payments/revaluation/interco-loan/clearing of open items)

Reconciliation of monthly STO/SO purchases report and perform Interco balances confirmation with Pulse plants by email.

Bookkeeping of Singapore holding entity accounts.

Bookkeeping of Europe Entities.

Prepare monthly freight expenses report for Logistics.

Checking the completeness of all monthly Journal Voucher copies against SAP posting for all Singapore entities.

Prepare and consolidate reports from Pulse entities and Egston for Yageo IC transactions Report.

Reconcile monthly interco purchases from Chilisin as Chilisin orders flow through Pulse.

Prepare quarterly Pulse entities interco loan declaration to Yageo.

Duties for Statutory Accounts and Group reporting:

Prepare Tax computation report for annual tax filing of Singapore holding entity accounts.

Prepare the statutory accounts for Singapore holding entity accounts, bridging between US books and local books, liaising with auditor and provide information required for audit.

Coordinating with Corporate Secretary to get signatures for passing of Board resolutions for Singapore entities.

• Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and general ledger entries.
• Resolve accounting discrepancies, ensure accurate and updated accounting records
• Process and handle invoice payments and reimbursement of staff expense claims
• Prepare and send statement of accounts to customers and monitor AR collection
• Quarterly GST reporting
• Petty cash management
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation
• Work closely with Project Team for project cost monitoring and resolve any billing discrepancies
• Prepare monthly cash flow projections, or as and when required by management
• Prepare necessary financial schedules/reports for management reporting
• Actively monitor and review subsidiary accounts, provide appropriate analysis, and ensure necessary corporate governance
• Liaise with banks, auditors and tax agents when necessary
• Assist with document preparation, scheduling, and filing.
• Assists in any administrative duties.
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by management

Requirements

• Possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Accountancy/ACCA or equivalent.
• Detail-oriented, positive attitude, able to multi-task
• Possesses good analytical and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
