Job Description:
Perform full set accounting functions, generate invoices, issue statement of accounts and follow up on payment from clients.
Maintain accounting files and records for the company
Preparation of all disbursements of payments and transfers
Work closely with the management, procurement and project team.
Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years Experience in full spectrum of Accounts Duties preferably in construction sector
Must be strong in administrative support/ skills
Able to work independently, dynamic with initiative within timeline
A good team player and able to multi-task effectively with minimum supervision
Knowledge of MYOB software is an added advantage
Singaporeans & PR only.
Working day: 5 Days (8am to 5pm)
