Our client is one of the licensed warehouses, specialised in handling and storage of dutiable cargo like alcoholic beverages and tobacco is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position of Forklift Cum Warehouse Assistant and located in Tuas.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receiving, storing, and organizing incoming stock.
• Picking and packing orders for shipment.
• Loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
• Keeping detailed records of inventory.
• Inspecting goods for defects or damages.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Assisting with inventory audits.
• Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Communicating effectively with other warehouse staff and supervisors.
• Following health and safety guidelines.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must know how to use the forklift licence

Job Description:

• Contribute to HR Specialist Services team in ensuring the timely and accurate HR related payment / reimbursement / manpower billing / honorarium processing for all the institutions and departments.
• Ensure that the assigned service level agreement (SLA) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently met.
• Execute the HR processing and ensure the services are delivered in line with policies and relevant Legislation requirement.
• Develop and maintain good working relationships with stakeholders (e.g. internal Shared Services cross teams, department admin and various institutions business partners).
• Propose appropriate improvements for work processes to raise the overall employee experience and efficiency.
• Perform any other assigned duties/projects.

Requirements:

• Preferably 1 years of HR experience, fresh polytechnic graduates are welcome.
• Past working experience / knowledge in finance / payroll administration in healthcare will be an added advantage.
• Competent in MS Office (Excel & Word).
• Meticulous, independent, initiative with problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Team player who is able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• IT Savvy and comfortable with the use of Microsoft Excel to handle large amount of data.
• Organised, meticulous and team player.

Our client is Freight forwarding service in Singapore, you will be taking the responsible on for managing the flow of goods within the warehouse, ensuring smooth operations from receiving to dispatch. This includes tasks like checking and storing inbound items, picking and packing outbound orders, and preparing cargo for shipment. They also handle value-added services such as repacking, cleaning, and performing minor maintenance on spare parts. Inventory management is a key part of the role, involving regular cycle counts, stock assessments, and minor rework on pallets or products as needed. Additionally, they ensure all documentation and processes comply with the company’s internal controls and standard operating procedures.
