• Minimum 2 years of direct sales experience, or 3 years in a similar capacity in luxury hotels, major airlines, membership clubs, and banks with good track records.

Contract Duration:

• Mon to Thurs: 7.00 am to 4.00 pm

• Service not required on Sat, Sun, and Gazatted PH's

Scope of Works:

1. Perform as Admin Assistant located at the School’s General Office to attend to all general queries, eg. public queries and attending to the needs of pupils, to ensure all queries are corresponded to the public/student in a timely manner, receive deliveries.
2. Assist the General Office in other secondary duties such as updating daily student attendance, collect, enter, record and maintain data and information into the school’s IT systems, spreadsheets and/or other forms of records, manage correspondence, including typing of documents, filing and faxing.
3. Perform any other administrative duties assigned by the School Leaders or Admin Manager.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Healthcare - Pharmaceutical Science/ Medical Nurse or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Assistant Manager and priovided courteous services to guests and responds efficiently and tactfully to guests' complaints, requests and enquiries
• Liaise closely with Concierge, Reception and Front Office cashier on guests' arrivals and departures
• Establish contacts with house guests/ long staying guests and renders assistance when neccessary
• Make courtesy calls to guests
• Requisite and keep stock of promotional materials for daily operations
• Ensure efficient and courteous services in baggage, transport handling and general enquiries

Requirements

• O-Level or equivalent
• Willing to perform rotating shifts
• Willing to travel to Sentosa
• Positive attitude with outgoing personality and good communication skills
• Experience in hospitality and knowledge of Opera will be advantageous
