• Balances multiple projects and deployment schedules to meet stakeholder goals and expectations.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to all AP & AR inquiries received via phone, email, WhatsApp, and mail
• Ensure timely and accurate vendor payments through effective communication and coordination
• Streamline invoice processing by collaborating with internal stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with GST regulations through accurate and timely e-filing of GST and invoices
• Support the timely preparation for GST top-up by managing import permit filings and extractions
• Assist with the weekly payment process and prepare necessary documentation
• Prepare a working file for Singapore Customs & Singapore Food Agency (SFA) to key in purchase invoices

• Conduct thorough reviews of daily receipts to identify and resolve any discrepancies
• Perform audit checks on signed invoices for easy retrieval upon customer requests

The Role

This is a dynamic role hands-on role where you’ll work closely with other different channels, departments, and suppliers to develop existing and new brands.

Overall Brand Management (60%) - All channels- Key Accounts, Food Service, E-Commerce, General Trade & CVS

· Key band custodian/champion for multiple brands to achieve business objectives.

• Develop and support marketing strategies to improve brand awareness, business profitability and alignment of brand objectives.
• Identify opportunities of the current business to optimize brand’s volume, revenue growth and market share across all channels.

• Work closely with supply chain team to ensure correct ordering mix across all skus with overall stock holding days kept within contractual.
• Prompt review and action on the obsolesces to minimize the non-working or slow-moving inventory.

Brand Management - E-Commerce Business (15%)

• Brand custodian/champion for selected brands
• Develop and manage E-commerce business, promotions, and awareness working closely with channel managers.
• Support in development of feature ads/image requirements.
• Support to manage brand & trade marketing plans and A&P expenses
