ā¢ Analysing sales trends and tracking of accounts

ā¢ Reporting & Feedback of market insights
Duties and responsibilities:
1. Call Coverage
ā¢ Regular visits to the targeted doctors in assigned territories
ā¢ Pre-call planning and implementation to ensure coverage and frequency KPIs are met
ā¢ Timely submission of daily call report
ā¢ Update Master Customer List on a regular basis to the management
2. Sales & Promotion
ā¢ Regular review of customer list
ā¢ Detailing and Medical Calls
ā¢ Negotiate, close, and document the sales.
ā¢ Building Partnership
ā¢ Market Intelligence
ā¢ Complete the Sales Process
3. Sales Target Achievement
ā¢ Monthly sales forecast after closing on the sales target to be submitted and evaluated with the sales manager on an action plan to achieve the target.
ā¢ To track sales performance on a regular basis and be proactive in achieving the target early.
ā¢ To achieve sales target on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
4. Sales Analysis and Forecasting
ā¢ To analyse sales data to ensure continual improvement in targeting and planning
ā¢ To track and update sales data to evaluate achievements
Requirements
ā¢ Minimum Diploma in Biomedical Science / Science or other relevant field studies
ā¢ Minimum 2 yearsā relevant working experience in medical/healthcare industry
ā¢ Valid Class 3/3A driving license.
ā¢ An accessible vehicle able to be use for work/ on field full time such as a family car, leased vehicle or own vehicle.
