The Accounts Receivable (AR) is responsible for managing customer invoicing, maintaining the AR Ledger, and ensuring timely collection of credit/cash from customers. • Minimum O level or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year’s working experience as office administration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Able to start work on short notice preferred
• Training and guidance will be provided

- Ensure smooth operation of warehouse and logisitc team

- Ensure proper SOP are followed and safety regulation

- Handling of warehouse inventories, equipment & vehicle maintenance

- Accountability of all warehouse items

- Good Housekeeping of warehouse

- Assist and handle manpower allocation and stock weight

- Monthly stocktake

- Required to assist in picking, packing, sorting, unloading, loading of cargos.

- Must have forklift license

- 5.5 days work week
