Position Description (Summary):

Responsible to make delivery to customers, forwarders and general admin delivery or collection.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

Delivery

• Pick and pack finished for delivery as per assigned by Assistant Supervisor or Senior Warehouse Executive.
• Check that items packed tally with the packing list
• Follow up closely for all acknowledgements and delivery schedules without delay.
• Manage suppliers and their performance (both delivery/quality) to ensure uninterrupted supply to production.

Packing

• Packing finished goods as per work instructions
• Check that the part number and quantity are correct as per production ticket
• Ensure quantity is weighed accurately
• Ensure all polybags that required sealing are sealed properly
• Ensure labelling is done accurately after packing has completed

Storage

• Store packed finished goods in respective rack

Stock Card

• Update stock card when stock retrieved from rack and put into rack
• Undertake any other duties assigned by superior

Authority:

• To perform deliveries to customers as per assigned by Assistance Store Supervisor or Senior Warehouse Supervisor
• To perform packing activities if there is no delivery to make.

Job Specification:

1. Educational Qualifications:Minimum Primary Education
2. Experience: Several years of relevant experience
3. Knowledge Required: Good understanding of the street directions.
4. Skills Required: Clean and skillful driving records. Good time management.
5. Attributes Required : Patience,honesty, meticulous and hardworking.

- Goods Receiving

- Arrange goods pallets in warehouse

- Pack stocks based on delivery order/invoices

- Assist with delivery

- Manage and account for stocks

- Upkeep warehouse cleanliness
