• Bank reconciliation, set up customer's profile both manual and online promptly
• Update, prepare and maintain daily cash book timely
• To handle monthly accounts transaction checking to solve discrepancy
• AR/AP reconciliation and management
• Liaise with tax agents, company secretaries and auditors
• Handle ad-hoc reports and projects as assign
• Ensure proper and systematic filing is done in a timely and accurate manner.
• Cross working and checks with inter-department on updates
• Assist in handling, managing bank matters and ad hoc matters

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma/CAT/LCCI
• Detailed, analytical, dynamic, and able to meet tight deadlines
• Good communication skills in Mandarin and English
• Computer literate and proficient with MS Office and MS Excel
• Have at least 3 years of relevant working experience
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Able to multi-task and take ownership at work
• Working exposure in automotive/trading environment preferred

Responsibilities:

• To assist the project manager with on and off site meeting pertaining to the technical issues
• To be responsible for submission of Architectural samples, drawing and other related documents to the consultants or authorities
• To coordinate and monitor work progress at site including site inspection
