• Maintain a clean and safe environment, including cleaning up after the dogs.
• Feed dogs as needed.
• Ensure dogs are comfortable, socialized, and having fun.
• Assist other activities such as swim sessions and enrichment classes.
• Safely send dogs home.

What We’re Looking For:

• A valid Class 3/3A driving license with a clean record.
• Minimum 2 years of driving experience.
• Previous experience with dogs is a plus but not required.
• Responsible, patient, and friendly individuals with a genuine love for dogs.
• Must be in good physical fitness and health to handle tasks like driving and walking.
• Punctual and reliable, with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to the needs of our furry clients.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM (weekends off).

Salary:

• $2,200 to $2,600/month

As a Clinic Executive, you will play a key role in the smooth operation of our growing medical group, delivering excellent patient experience while supporting administrative and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and register patients with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage calls, as well as handle patient inquiries via email and WhatsApp.
• Assist patients with appointment scheduling and rescheduling.
• Manage patient records, ensuring accurate data entry into system.
• Prepare, verify, and submit insurance claims and other billing documents.
• Handle payments via cash, credit card, NETS, and electronic transfers, ensuring accuracy in all transactions.
• Counsel patients on surgery procedures, preparations, and post-operative care.
• Monitor and manage stock levels of medical supplies and clinic inventory.
• Coordinate with medical staff to ensure timely and efficient patient flow.
• Maintain clinic cleanliness and organization.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in all the daily administrative work include duly issue of invoices, quotation, collection of payment, official receipt, commission vouchers, filling,etc.
• Assist in preparation of payment/petty cash vouchers and claims and reimbursements
• Assist in preparing and generating monthly financial statements and supporting documents
• Assist in preparing quarterly GST report
• Follow-up on overdue accounts
• Assist in preparation of quotations, and project related matters
• Maintain and upkeep accounting document and records to comply with ISO system
• Handle accounting and clerical tasks that contributes to office efficiency
• Responsible to ensures that office facilities and equipment are appropriately maintained
• Assist colleagues when necessarily
• Perform other duties as assigned

Job requirement :

• Knowledge of accounting software (QuickBooks Pro preferred)
