1. Manage full sets of accounts and support day-to-day accounting operations.

Requirements

Job Description & Requirements

• Managing a portfolio of audit clients (both MNC and SME) in audit and assurance division.
• Managing audit engagement teams to deliverr top quality services.
• Develop a strong client relationships, with sound technical knowledge and ability to motivate team members
• Minimal 4 years of experience in reputable Singapore CPA firms

Job Responsibilities:

· Manage IT, Information Security policies and other supporting documents according to applicable regulations (MAS guideline/notices, HO policy and etc.).

· Liaise and manage of contract and documents from related service providers such as telephone line, internet

line, security system, Server room maintenance and other electrical equipment (Eg. PC, Printer and etc.).

· Manage IT asset inventory (purchase, register, disposal and etc.).

· Manage user accounts and permissions in order to keep it securely.

· Manage access of security system such as CCTV and Alarm system.

· Manage hardware and software installation, configuration, and maintenance. (Server, firewall, PC, router and etc.)

· Manager system vulnerability to ensure firm governance of IT system.

· Support Business Continuity Management.

· Audit response (TRM, Head Office and etc.

· Provide assistance and support for IT-related inquiries from employees and management.

· Fulfill any other duties as assigned by senior management.

Job Requirements:

· Min 3 years of experience in related filed (Software engineering, Computer science and any other related field).

· Recognized Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Software engineering, Computer science and any other related field.

· Proficient with relevant technical skill and knowledge and strong interpersonal skills for collaboration and/or challenge as appropriate.

· Solid analytical thinking and project management skills with ability to work autonomously and adapt to shifting priorities.

· Detail-oriented, organized, adaptable, able to multi-task and work under pressure.

As Assistant Manager, Partnerships Development, you will play a strategic role in building an integrated and resilient care ecosystem that enables and empowers seniors to age in place. You will engage key stakeholders and drive projects that will help promote connections and partnerships across different stakeholders in the social and health sector that will work together to support our seniors.

• Lead and drive enablers that will help build an integrated care ecosystem. These include, design and implementation of partnership frameworks, standardised processes and templates, and the development and design of effective monitoring performance indicators and dashboards.
• Engage and work with internal and external stakeholders including MOH, the Regional Health Systems, Primary Care and Community Care Providers to identify gaps and barriers to the building of an integrated care system.
• Develop and implement rapid prototyping of solutions and evaluate its effectiveness in mitigating systems barriers to building of an integrated care ecosystem.
• Develop and work with stakeholders on programme review and evaluation.
• Synthesize the learnings and experience for improvement in programme design and implementation.
• Identify best-practices and implement platforms for cross sharing and learnings between providers.
• Build close relationships with key stakeholders to encourage partnerships and collaborations that will help seniors age well in place.

Job Requirements:

• Recognised degree in any discipline
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
• Relevant experience in community care and multi-agency work/healthcare industry will be an added advantage
• Experience in developing and maintaining networks and partnerships with stakeholders will be an added advantage
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, to be able to lead, engage and work well with groups from diverse backgrounds

Responsibilities:

• Able to train BIM modeller and drafters in company BIM standards.
• Able to setup & monitor modelling environment.
• Able to manage model schedule based on site schedule and must be aligned on the critical path of the project.
• Able to monitor BIM model & shop drawing creation and revisions.
• Able to conduct QAQC to the BIM models.
• Able to manage BIM modellers work scope & work schedule.
• Able to establish and monitor clashes with project team and in ICE sessions.
• Able to execute virtual mock-up sessions and coordination workflow.
• Able to execute simulations for 4D & 5D.
• Have At least 3 years open building Design (OBD) software modeling and coordination experience.
• Well know OBD modeling and drawing management, model standards setup, and workflow.
• Understand the construction / Shop drawings presentation and relevant requirements.
• Can produce and manage 2D-6D BIM models.

Requirements:

• Strong computer, technical and communication skills are essential and required.

• Degree in Architecture, Civil and Structural Engineering, MEP Engineering or a relevant related field

• Minimum 5 years of advanced and progressive BIM technologies with hands-on experience in the Architectural, C&S and MEP discipline

• Experience in implementing the BIM adoption of design authoring and collaboration technology tools in construction project.

Accounts Executive (AR)

Salary: $3,000 - $3,300

Working hours: Monday - Friday (9am to 6:10pm)

Location: Senoko, Woodland

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all transactions are well documented.
• Responsible for the full spectrum of Accounts Receivable.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of Goods Return Note.
• Coordinate local cheque bank-in and daily update of incoming funds to the NAV system.
• To ensure timely updating of customer accounts.
• Monitor and follow-up with customers on overdue account and arrange for debts collection.
• Reconcile Customer Collection with Bank Ledger.
• Responsible on monitoring monthly /weekly Debtors aging.
• Mailing of Statement of Accounts to customers and respond to their inquiries.
• Prepare Accounts Receivable monthly cash flow forecast.
• Preparation of Journal entries for accruals & other adjustment.
• Preparation of monthly and year-end Balance Sheet schedules.
• Liaising with internal and external auditors.
• Looking into strengthening current and process improvement
• Undertake ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting
• At least 3 years of experience in accounting & finance.
• With manufacturing experience would be an added advantage
• Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft office application
