TThe Critical Tasks You Will Perform

You will:

• Manage and organize a busy calendar of appointments, resolving scheduling conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Billing and Invoicing. Maintain an up-to-date billing system and generate accurate invoices in a timely manner. Ensure invoices are sent to customers promptly.
• Payment Collection and Reconciliation. Follow up on payments to ensure timely collection and proper allocation. Perform account reconciliations.

Assistant Event Manager

The Assistant Event Manager is responsible for the development, planning and overall operational and execution of meetings, conferences, incentive travel programs and/or special events. The Assistant Event Manager works on a variety of projects simultaneously and serves as the day-to-day planning contact for each respective department. Job Description & Requirements

• Managing a portfolio of audit clients (both MNC and SME) in audit and assurance division.
• Managing audit engagement teams to deliver top quality services.
• Develop a strong client relationships, with sound technical knowledge and ability to motivate team members
• Minimal 4 years of experience in reputable Singapore CPA firms

• Support in the management and documentation essential for STS (Ship to Ship) operations, which include but are not limited to certificates, permits, and reports.
• Manage and maintain STS records, including transfer logs and regulatory filings, ensuring compliance.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Maritime Business or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience.

Your key responsibilities

· Support the planning, execution and delivery of assurance engagements.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Assistant Manager to support the Finance Manager in managing and overseeing day-to-day finance and accounting operations. Job responsibitlies

• Financial Reporting & Compliance: Prepare financial statements, reports, and regulatory filings in compliance with standards and local regulations.
