• Processing Travel & Entertainment reports and ensure submission deadlines and company policies are met.
• Supporting the sales department where 80% are frequent travelers, not limiting to travel arrangement, visa, etc.
• Assist with the logistic preparation and support for on-site internal and external meetings and events.
• Any ad-hoc request.

What you'll need to succeed

• 2 to 3 years working experience supporting a fast-pace environment
• Concur software knowledge are very much preferred.
• Able to commit to 5 days work week, working in the office (no work from home).
• Team player and can-do attitude.
• Training will be provided.
