Candidates with working knowledge managing fund, trust, investment holding type clients will be favoured. CSIS Qualification or in progress towards completion is ideal. Someone who is genuinely interetsted in keeping abreadst of Singapore's corporate governance and compliance regulations will be more succcessful in this role.

Responsibilities (Work Scope):

• Develop and implement SCCC’s programmes and be accountable for delivering project deliverables that are in line with established SCCC strategic priorities and programming pillars. These responsibilities include managing and monitoring the progress of projects; planning timelines and milestones to meet deadlines; allocating and monitoring project budget and expenditure; coordinating vendors, partners and project teams; calling for tenders; procuring goods and services; delegating duties and logistical arrangements; and evaluating project deliverables.
• Work closely with SCCC Operations and Corporate Communications teams, partners and vendors to ensure the effective implementation of SCCC’s programmes.
• Oversee maintenance and technical support of projects by working closely with vendors and SCCC Operations Team to project manage the various productions.
• Liaise and work effectively with local artistes, arts and cultural groups, and vendors to organise SCCC programmes.
• Ensure proper record-keeping of information, documents, data collation of participation figures, feedback and survey results for assigned projects.
• Assist with administrative tasks and other duties, such as data collation and maintaining of databases, as assigned by Director (Programmes) and Assistant Director (Programmes), SCCC.

Requirements:

• A degree in Arts Management, Humanities, Chinese Studies or Communications.
• Minimum of at least 3 years of relevant work experience in the arts or cultural sector, and/or programme and events management. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply;
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin, with strong proficiency in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and translation of text into Mandarin;
• Has passion and strong interest in Chinese arts, culture and heritage;
• Experience in managing stakeholders would be preferred;
• Knowledge and experience in working with youths, young parents and/or seniors would be an advantage;
• Meticulous, good with details, resourceful, fast-learner, able to multi-task and handle all aspects of project/programmes management;
• Good interpersonal, as well as written and verbal communication skills;
• Good time and project management skills;
• Able to work independently and be a good team player;
• Willing to work on weekday evenings and weekends, if required, especially for our physical events such as festivals, performances, concerts, conferences, and workshops (note: Days off-in-lieu will be provided accordingly); and
• Singaporean/Singapore PR only.
