WHAT YOU’LL DO

Responsible for fit & proper assessment applicable to the appointment of representatives under Representative Notification Framework (RNF) within agreed timeline, which includes:

• Conducting background checks & fit and proper assessment on each candidate
• Making recommendations on the suitability of each candidate
• Flagging out adverse findings and escalating of case for further evaluation
• Liaise with Compliance Team and various key management stakeholders to facilitate the licensing process and address any issues or concerns that may arise
• Ensure completeness of documentation for each candidate. To liaise with candidates, hiring manager and internal stakeholders on all matters relating to the recruitment of the candidate
• Ensuring that these policies are communicated effectively to all relevant stakeholders

Support for other Distribution Support function such as:

Managing Day-to-Day Operations

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM) is a key member of the team within Private Banking. He/she supports the Relationship Manager (RM) and Team Head (TH) in daily operations, administration, client care and relationship management. The ARM interacts with internal as well as external stakeholders, provides clients with relevant information and supports the RM in implementing customized solutions in all tasks related to the delivery of excellent service to the clients. Responsibility

• Manage and mentor a team of account associates in providing quality accounting and taxation services.

• Manage and ensure the preparation of financial reports and tax by the team in accordance to accounting standards.
