Responsibilities:

• Maintain general and subsidiary ledgers, ensuring accurate and timely recording of accounting transactions
• Perform account reconciliations, prepare financial reports, and analyze transactions
• Review and verify accounting inputs, product movements, and inventory reconciliations
• Prepare monthly summaries, commission income reports, and third-party commission expense reports
• Manage fixed assets, ensure compliance with policies, and prepare statutory accounts

Invoicing and Trade Finance Officer (Commodities)

Responsibilities:

• Raise Purchase Orders for vendors
• Complete service entries
• Coordinate the set-up of new vendors in the RTBS and PASS SAP systems
• Administration and ownership of the Third-Party due diligence process
