• Generate regular reports on loans, overdue items, fines and other collection-related statistics
• Assist library patrons with queries
• Ensure good housekeeping in the library, including tidying the library and maintaining clear and accurate shelf signages to assist patrons in locating materials.
• Follow-up with students and staff on overdue, damaged and/or lost books
• Work with the stakeholders to manage damaged and/or lost books. This includes withdrawing, repairing or reconditioning library materials.
• Stocktaking and weeding of library materials

• 4 GCE ‘O’ level passes, including English
• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Open to learning to operate the Library System, with training provided
• Comfortable working independently
• Stooping, bending, lifting and reaching is required for the picking up and shelving of books.

POSITION: ACCOUNTS & ADMIN EXECUTIVE (Permanent position- Only Singaporeans)

Work Address: 49 Tannery Lane,

Pay: S$2,400 – S$2,800 a month- 5 days work week

Working Hours: 9am-6pm (Mon-Fri)

Duties:

· Able to use Quickbooks Desktop Version for posting of all accounting tasks.

· Assist in all accounting matters and responsible for monthly accounting reconciliation.

· Responsible for GST submission quarterly.

· Generate invoices, credit notes, statement of accounts and issuance of payments to vendors and monthly expenses payment.

· In charge of Payroll, CPF submission, Auto Inclusion, maintenance of Employees Files such as Annual Leave & Medical Leave record.

· Perform general administrative duties, including answering phone calls, replying emails and posting of letters/cheques.

Requirements:

· Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in accounting.

· Able to multi-task and work independently.

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Words & Outlook.

Job Requirements:

Diploma / Degree holder in Accountancy
Able to communicate in both English & Chinese (to liaise with Chinese speaking Associates / clients)
Good communication and interpersonal skill
Meticulous is a must
Able to work independently and as a team work

GST knowledge is a must
Able to work OT and meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
