Requirements

Diploma/Degree

1. Full-time/Contract available

2. Proactiveness and willing to work independently

3. Training will be provided for usage of accounting software

4. Experience with Microsoft Excel preferred

5. Must possess basic accounting knowledge

Our client is a well-established MNC, market leader in the Manufacturing industry. They are looking for a Logistics Assistant to assist their team for the next phrase of their business. They are located in North– easily accessible.

Responsibilities:

• Administer receiving tasks (GR) independently.
• Verify deliveries against supplier invoices.
• Assist in MTS/WMS labeling.
• Coordinate with forwarders and suppliers for on-time delivery.
• Ensure compliance with FIFO, 5S, and safety protocols.

Requirements:

• Minimum NITEC/Diploma in Logistics or any relevant field
• Experience in mass manufacturing environment materials management is a bonus
